Konstantinos Toutouzas

Professor of Cardiology, First Cardiology Department, Hippokration General Hospital, Athens; National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece

Konstantinos Toutouzas is currently Professor of Cardiology at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and director of Cardio-oncology unit and structural heart disease unit, First Department of Cardiology, NKUA. He is the chairman of the Postgraduate (MSc) program: ‘Interventional Cardiology’, NKUA. 

Konstantinos Toutouzas is also the President of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology for the period 2025-2027 as well as Chairperson-elect of ESC Council for Cardiology Practice for the period 2024-2026. He is also member of the ESC advocacy committee for the same period. He is a board member of the Hellenic Heart Foundation.

He graduated from the Athens Medical School in 1994. His training and further positions also included:
